Dong Loi Co. Pty Ltd was founded in 2020 in Adelaide, South Australia, with the primary objective of engaging in property development and facilitating trade between Australia and Vietnam.

Currently, we are in partnership with Monopoly Property Group on the development of Wallaroo Shores Resort. This project involves developing a previously stalled $42 million investment over 3.4 hectares, located between the Spencer Gulf shores and the Wallaroo town center.  The plan includes an internationally managed resort with 100 apartment-style accommodations, offering stunning beach views and numerous activities. The resort will also feature a heritage walk, showcasing a historic stone wall and a heritage-listed copper smelter. Furthermore, we are dedicated to advancing tourism development by offering travel packages tailored for Vietnamese tourists, focusing on captivating destinations in Adelaide and South Australia.

In education, Dong Loi Co. Pty Ltd aims to leverage Australia's advanced higher education system by providing marketing and suitable enrollment consulting solutions for Vietnamese students. We deliver accurate and timely information about admissions to leading Australian universities and support students and parents throughout their educational journey in South Australia, including at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia.

Additionally, we aim to expand trade by acting as marketing representatives and sellers of Australian-manufactured goods, equipment, and mechanical engineering services into the Vietnamese market, as well as supplying raw materials and fabrication services to clients and construction projects in Australia.
